Compensation: Salary ranges from $90k to $120k, depending on experience

Additional Information: This Nurse Practitioner will serve as a Primary Care Provider at Wabash Valley Health Center, delivering comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive services. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic tests. The NP will educate patients on disease prevention and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support overall health outcomes.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited NP program, board certification, and eligibility for Indiana licensure.
Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
