Seward Community Health Center is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving the residents of Seward and the surrounding communities of Alaska's southern Kenai Peninsula. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare through a collaborative, patient-centered approach that removes barriers to care and improves health outcomes.

Providers practice as part of an integrated care team that includes primary care clinicians, behavioral health professionals, nurses, medical assistants, and care coordination staff. With on-site behavioral health services, a strong team-based model, and manageable patient volumes, providers have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering comprehensive care across the lifespan.
