Health and Wellness Center Excellence
Our celebrated SBH Health & Wellness Center, developed in partnership with BronxWorks and featured in the Wall Street Journal, Crain’s, and other major media, combines affordable housing, expansive community resources, and 40,000 square feet of clinical space—including a state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot Women’s Comprehensive Health Center. Highlights include a rooftop farm with honeybee hives, a teaching kitchen, and a fitness center open to both the hospital and neighborhood communities.
A Growing Future
A 140 million dollar project to upgrade and expand St. Barnabas Hospital’s emergency department is currently underway, further enhancing our capacity to serve the Bronx community. Our service is delivered at three major clinic sites, three private-style offices, and several nonaffiliated ambulatory locations.
