Compensation: $200,000 negotiable base salary, plus $2,000 bonuses for weekend coverage, $10,000 chairman's bonus if eligible, and additional performance bonuses

Additional Information: Care for patients in a continuity panel, some panels are precepted with Internal Medicine residents, pre-surgical testing optimization and a transition clinic also built into the schedule.
Other Responsibilities + Requirements:
- 1 weekend a month coverage of the inpatient hospitalist service, reimbursed separately from the base salary.
- Attendance at monthly departmental meetings and weekly Grand Rounds.
- Background in Quality and Performance improvement a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration and teaching skills a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment a plus.
