Rural Medical Services, Inc. (RMS) is a community health center serving Cocke and Jefferson Counties, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. RMS has five primary care clinics which are located in Newport, Cosby, Parrottsville, Grassy Fork, and Chestnut Hill.

Our clinics are staffed with board certified family practice physicians and nurse practitioners who practice evidence-based medicine. Our providers offer well care and also perform diagnostic studies, prescribe medicines, and treat most illnesses.
