The ROADS Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) founded in 2006. Initially, the ROADS Foundation provided enhanced support and assistance for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. In 2015, the ROADS Foundation became a federally qualified health center and opened ROADS Community Clinic – Compton, the first federally qualified health center in South Los Angeles to provide a full continuum of integrated services, including medical, behavioral health, and dental services. Now with 6 clinics, nearly 50 providers, and 3 mobile clinics, ROADS Community Clinics are continually working to expand access to quality health care services for the communities we serve.
Primary CareROADS Community Clinics offers a wide range of medical care for adults, children, and families in our community – from routine preventive care to management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. With a significant roster of experienced behavioral health providers across ROADS’s six clinics and a dedicated behavioral health center in the ROADS-MCA Behavioral Health Center in Long Beach, ROADS Community Clinics are committed to expanding access to quality behavioral health care services. ROADS’s team of experienced psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists provide high quality care for children, adolescents, and adults in all aspects of outpatient behavioral health – from medication management to personality and psychological testing to individual and group therapy.
