Quality Community Health (QCH) is a trusted, neighborhood-based health center dedicated to improving the well-being of families and individuals throughout Philadelphia Since our founding, we’ve offered comprehensive primary care and wrap-around services that meet patients where they are—medically, socially, and emotionally.
We provide:
- Primary care for all ages, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and women’s health
- On-site lab and pharmacy coordination
- Social-service support such as nutrition counseling, benefits navigation, and free health education programs

History
Quality Community Health began as a volunteer clinic more than 30 years ago to meet the urgent needs of Philadelphia’s underserved residents. We have since grown into a multi-site organization recognized for patient-centered care and community partnership.
