Compensation:
- $135,000 - $160,000 Based on Experience
- $50,000 bonus through Partnership Program

DETAILS:
- Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.
- Consult with staff physicians as needed.
- Furnishes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions, within their scope of practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA License REQUIRED
- DEA License REQUIRED
- Needs at least a year of experience in primary care
- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
