    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -The case manager will be responsible for assisting our community as a partner in our residential program, working closely with our program director
    -Chiefly responsible for improving the overall quality of life for our community, working with a capacity of 10 resident cases
    -Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, including the LGBTQ population
    -FT opportunities: Candidate is eligible for a 35-hour workweek, working 5 days a week.
