Today Heritage Health and Housing is responsible for providing both health care and supportive housing services and other support services to 6,000 unduplicated clients annually. Ensuring appropriate coordination of services, our staff works closely with Federal, State, and local health agencies, as well as numerous public and private entities to meet the organization's long standing mission to provide compassionate affordable services to the service communities.
Heritage Health and Housing, provides for health, housing and a wide range of social and support services within a community of healing in each of its operating venues. Heritage HealthCare Center has been proudly serving the Central Harlem and Washington Heights areas for over 25 years. We offer convenient, comfortable and comprehensive medical and dental care to include, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Women's Health, GYN, HIV/AIDS testing and Primary Care, Podiatry and X ray.
