JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population.
-Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgendered, and HIV population
-Be part of a strong culture that is willing to work hard and support the community and its infrastructure
-Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, partnering with lead physician/CMO as needed
-Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays. 4 day workweek may be possible
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Comfortable with EMR system
-Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
-NY state licensed
-BE/BC
