JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population, and has the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight.
The role will primarily include medication management and oversight of patients, with experience managing complex cases & conditions. This candidate must be comfortable with managing multiple prescriptions within a given panel. We will consider those tenured individuals seeking a part-time role and looking to maintain patient interaction.
