Who We Are
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services to individuals across the East San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Communities. Our staff practices patient-centered care by serving each patient with a personalized care plan that meets their individual needs.

East Valley serves individuals and families seeking health care services within the East San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Communities. Whether you are experiencing the challenges of a chronic illness, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, or HIV, or need a wellness check-up, dental care, vision services, or counseling, we encourage you to make an appointment at any of our facilities.
East Valley accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Covered California. If you are uninsured, East Valley will assist you with specific programs in accordance with their eligibility requirements. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay.
