Facility Details

Columbia River Health was established in 2005. Before then, Dr. Robert Boss owned the clinic. As Dr. Boss considered retirement, the city, county, state, and citizens of Boardman elected to create a non-profit corporation to ensure that critical community Health Services would continue to be available.

Receiving funding under numerous grants has allowed the Columbia River Health Clinic to stabilize local medical services and to greatly increase services to the greater Boardman area population, migrant/seasonal farm workers, refugees, and low-income populations.

Columbia River Health is here to help meet the health care needs of the people in our community regardless of race, creed, or social status. We are a non-profit federally qualified health center. Services are provided without regard to an individual’s ability to pay. A sliding-fee scale is available for those who qualify. This allows us to provide the best care at the best price in our region.
