Receiving funding under numerous grants has allowed the Columbia River Community Health Services Clinic to stabilize local medical services and to greatly increase services to the greater Boardman area population, migrant/seasonal farm workers, refugees, and low-income populations.

Columbia River Community Health Services Clinic exists to improve the quality of life for all people, particularly the medically underserved and vulnerable people in the community, by providing access to high quality primary and preventative health care.

To continue to be the recognized resource and referral for high-quality health care and occupational services for our growing community.
