Our beautiful health center at 235 Port Richmond Avenue is equipped to provide high-quality primary care in a warm environment. We have a special pediatric wing decorated with zoo animals and spacious, private exam rooms throughout. We see our obstetric and gynecological patients here, as well as most of our adult primary care patients.
Our new CHCR Dental and Medical Specialty Center at 439 Port Richmond Avenue features six dental operatories and three primary care exam rooms. Our podiatrist and ophthalmologist provide specialty care and coordination for patients and families affected by diabetes.
Our third location, Stapleton-St. George Health at 135 Canal Street opened its doors May 2016. CHCR expects to serve an additional 5,000 new patients at this location.
