Indiana Health Centers, Inc. (IHC) is a mission-driven, federally qualified health center (FQHC) committed to delivering comprehensive, accessible, and culturally competent care to Indiana’s most underserved communities. Since 1977, we’ve proudly served vulnerable populations including low-income families, individuals experiencing homelessness, migrant farm workers, and the uninsured.
With multiple clinics across both urban and rural areas of Indiana, IHC offers a wide range of services—medical, dental, behavioral health, and substance use treatment. Many of our providers also participate in mobile and field-based outreach programs to improve access in hard-to-reach areas.
As an NHSC-approved site with HPSA scores of up to 21, IHC supports providers with student loan repayment, professional development, and a team-based care model that emphasizes collaboration and compassion. Our clinics utilize NextGen EMR, provide strong clinical support (1:1 MA ratio), and offer flexible scheduling options to help clinicians thrive.
We don’t just treat patients—we build lasting relationships that promote health equity and long-term community impact.
