First Choice Primary Care is a mission-driven, nonprofit health center providing high-quality, compassionate care to underserved populations in Macon and Central Georgia. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer a full spectrum of primary care, behavioral health, and preventive services — regardless of a patient’s insurance status or ability to pay.
