Facility Details

Located in Clovis, NM, Women’s Medical Center is the only medical facility in a 100-mile radius that is geared specifically to women.  It is a highly respected OB/GYN practice delivering close to 100 babies per month.  In 1987 Dr. Bruce Cross joined the existing practice followed by Dr. William Moore in 1995, Dr. Lonnie Alexander in 1997, Dr. Mazin Al Saleh in 2008, and Dr. Breton Juberg in 2014. 

With an active special operations air force base in the area, the patient load is robust and continues to grow. Women’s Medical Center consistently stays at the forefront of women’s medical issues and is the only OB practice on the high plains to offer one Certified Nurse Midwives and four Certified Nurse Practitioners to meet the growing interest in progressive obstetric and gynecological care. 

The practitioners and staff are very involved in community events and actively support causes including the local domestic abuse shelter, cancer fund-raising events, and local charities such as the food bank, sexual assault programs, and the United Way.

More than 45,000 people call Clovis and Curry County home and this thriving city serves as a regional hub to more than 120,000 others.  Golfing is a popular leisure activity in the area that also boasts 17 parks, 10 softball fields, walking trails, a splash pad, and a dog park. The area is also home to the Clovis Music Festival, which celebrates artists who have recorded in Clovis, including Buddy Holly, the Fireballs, LeAnn Rimes, and many others, as part of its rock ‘n’ roll roots.
