Compensation:
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience

Additional Information: Be a physician leader and healthcare delivery innovator who is ultimately responsible for the clinical leadership of WHMG. You will build on and preserve the WHMG tradition of excellence while expanding and adapting services to the anticipated future of healthcare.
Provide medical staff supervision:
- Lead identification, recruitment, and onboarding of desired physicians and APPs
- Review performance metrics for physicians and APPs
Chair the Provider Leadership Council:
- Evaluate clinical outcomes as part of an established quality program
- Create, implement, and monitor clinical practice guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Ohio license
- Be a visionary leader
- Exhibit a management style that emphasizes communication, collegiality, flexibility, and the ability to work with a diverse, highly qualified clinical staff.
- Live and work in Sidney or surrounding communities, near Dayton
- 1.5-hour drive to Columbus and Cincinnati
