Watts Health Center is dedicated to serving the underprivileged and uninsured and is committed to the delivery of personalized services utilizing state of the art technology, and a well trained and culturally sensitive staff. The Center has been recognized for its programs and services through its designation as a federally qualified health center and national accreditation for quality.

Our providers provide excellent service with pride and honesty, while striving for consistency. We are open and honest in our interactions, practicing effective communication skills, and being sensitive with our patients.

•  The organization contributes 5% to all employees retire plan ( this is automatic without the need of the employee to participate in the retirement program ) after 1 year of employment.

•  After the 3rd year of employment, the contributions raises to 6%.

•  After the 1st year employees are allowed to take off 4 hours a week for study time or any educational advancement.

•  Watts Health are will reimburse up to $2,500 for classes or books.

•  Watts Health offers Continuing Medical Education ( CME) to our providers.

•  The State of California has a forgiveness program that is specifically for health care providers in social economic-challenged areas.
