Additional Information: Provides comprehensive care to patients through evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment at FHH, with a primary focus on a pediatric patient panel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Provide medication management through wellness visits and follow ups. Med checks are allotted 15-minute increments while new patients are allotted 60 minutes.
-Therapists available on-site for further evaluation and support
-Child and adolescent patients are seen on a school site (2x/week) while adults are seen in-office.
- Performs mental health evaluations using history, examination, and other
indicated procedures.
-We provide care to various types of patients including low income and houseless communities. As an FQHC we turn away no-one.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have experience with pediatric patients.
-Will accept new graduates with pediatric RN experience otherwise 1 year minimum NP experience required. 2 years preferred
-Licensed in MD state
