  • Additional Information: Provides leadership for the clinical operations of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown by providing administrative direction and clinical involvement surrounding patient care.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Provides both administrative and clinical services. Must be willing to see patients in a clinical setting, 3-4 days per week.
    -Determines staffing needs of family medicine practice, which also include physician and support staff
    -Provides supervision of clinical providers
    -Supports the financial oversight for budgets and operations

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Must be board-certified, MD state-licensed, BLS/ACLS required along with CDS & DEA
    -2 years preferred in fulfilling administrative duties within an FQHC or similar practice
    -Demonstrated leadership experience in a prior role.
