  • Additional Information: Job Summary:
    Full-time Addictions Counselor position available in the Arkansas Valley in Colorado. Clinician will provide clinical assessment, problem identification, need for medical necessity (DSM 5 criteria/justification), evidence-based treatment modality, crisis intervention, individual/family/group therapy or other activities, case management, advocacy, and outreach/prevention and intervention. For assigned caseload, shall develop and monitor treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, document significant interactions, and maintain clinical charts and other reporting data, including the following:

    Achieve a documented productivity rate of no less than 250 units per month (prorated for non-FT/40 status);
    Consistently manage caseload by maintaining case aging at or below 20%; Full completion of Treatment Plan, initial or intake, by first follow-up therapy session

    Required:
    - CAC II or Bachelor's /Master's Degree while in pursuit of a CAC II
    - 1 year clinical experience
