Job Description

  • Hours: 40 hrs: Flexible Scheduling

  • Additional Information: Needed:
    - Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or clinical social work.
    - Currently have behavioral health licenses in Substance Use Disorder Treatment as well as Mental Health Treatment in the State of Colorado (such as, but not limited to: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and LAC, PsyD or PhD).
    - Must be dually licensed in Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment and qualified to supervise staff seeking licensure in substance use and mental health.
    - Leadership/Supervision Responsibilities (30-50%)
    - Assist Chief Behavioral Health Officer with workflow design, creation of clinical guidelines and training of clinic staff
    - Monitor and support BHPs in developing strategies for maintaining high utilization and providing population-based care in the clinic setting.
    - Clinically and administratively supervise, coach and mentor BHPs.
    - Organize and implement the onboarding process for new BHPs
    - Outpatient Clinician Responsibilities (50-70%)
