Job Description

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
Employed
Average patients seen: 7-10 Per Day

Compensation:
- Salary is competitive and negotiable
- $1500 sign-on bonus
- Quarterly bonus after 6 months based on quality metrics

DETAILS:
- Identifies triages and manages patients with substance abuse, and/or behavioral health problems
- Provide skill training through psychoeducation and patient education strategies and will develop specific behavioral change plans for patients
- Assist in the detection of at-risk patients and development of plans to prevent further psychological or physical deterioration

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field REQUIRED
- Current state licensure as a LADC or LADC/MH REQUIRED
- Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) PREFERRED
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology PREFERRED
