DETAILS:
- Work with patients in both OB and GYN departments
-OB sonographer in-house
- Assist providers during examinations and treatments
- Administers immunization to age-specific patients
- Maintains health records by documenting patient contact and updating patient profile
-Nutritionist, social worker and programs like WIC available in house as well
- 2 hours of admin time a week
-Weekly ground rounds on Friday
-Zero call responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Completion of an approved/accredited educational program for midwifery
-Board certified by the American Midwifery
Certification Board (AMCB)
-Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS
