  • Additional Information: Primary Responsibilities:
    - Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for gastroenterology patients across UHealth locations and Jackson Memorial Hospital (approximately 8 half-day sessions per week)
    - Perform outpatient clinical care and endoscopic procedures
    - Participate in inpatient rounding and teaching at UHealth Tower and Jackson Memorial Hospital

    Call Schedule:
    - Shared, supportive call structure with rotation among providers
    - Approximately 2 weekdays per month or 1 full weekend
    - Holiday call is equitably distributed

    Additional Opportunities:
    - Engage in and initiate clinical research initiatives
    - Teach and mentor residents and fellows within an academic environment

    Qualifications:
    - Open to new graduates
    - Preferred experience in managing Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis
    - Experience with GI ultrasound and immunotherapy management is highly desirable
