Unicare Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with clinics located in Ontario, San Bernardino, Colton, Fontana, Pomona, and East Los Angeles. UCHC is a grass root, community-based, nonprofit organization whose duty is to serve the unmet health care needs of low-income persons and their families.
