Compensation:
- $280,000 per year
- $55,000 potential annual RVU bonus
- $8,000 potential annual Quality Achievement bonus
- $15,000 potential annual Patient Satisfaction bonus
- Potential for $358,000 annual compensation, including bonus incentives
