-This role is a mix of school-based healthcare and primary care, partnering with local schools such as Kernan Elementary, MLK Elementary, Waterville Elementary, and several others

-Team-based model, providers will practice within a team with other NPs and support staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
-1 year of experience preferred
-Must be comfortable working within school-based sites. School-based healthcare experience preferred but not required
-BC, licensed in NY state
