Job Description

Hours: Flexible | 1 Saturday per month and 1 evening per week required

Average patients seen: Productivity requirement 3 patients per hour
Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
Compensation: Earning Potential $210K + bonus (Additional details will be given during interview)
