Job Description

  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM

    As a psychiatrist in our organization, you will be responsible primarily for medication management
    -New patient appointments are 1 hour, hospital discharge appointments, 40 minutes, and follow-up appointments 20 minutes.
    -20 patients seen per 8-hour shift
    -Therapists and Psych NPs onsite for additional support

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Good written and verbal communication skills.
    - Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, strong working knowledge of DSM-V.
    - Strong working knowledge of current medications and their side effects
    - Must have Kansas and Missouri licenses because there will be some expansion to KS (licensing assistance provided)
