Additional Information: With direction from the Chief Health Officer, the Associate Chief Medical Officer will function as the assistant clinical leader for Swope Health (SH).
-He/she will be responsible for recommending changes and enhancements to clinical criteria, utilization methods, reimbursement methods and treatment protocols.
-In conjunction with the Chief Health Officer, the Associate Chief Medical Officer apprises medical staff members of current trends and developments in healthcare delivery
-Mix of 60% direct patient care with 40% admin.
Required:
-MO/KS state licensed. Licensing costs reimbursed by Swope
-Minimum of 3 years with demonstrated leadership experience or 5 years experience practicing as a physician
- Demonstrated professional competence and ethical conduct of practice.
