Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). An equivalent combination of education and experience in a setting that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities may substitute, pending confirmation of BSN in progress.
- Three (3) years of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Three (3) years as a charge nurse/supervisor or one (1) year of management experience.
- Emergency Department or Critical Care experience, preferred.
- National certification, preferred (CEN, CCRN, CMSRN)
Required Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations:
1. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license through WA State Department of Health
2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
3. Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification, preferred
