Compensation:
- $220,000 base salary
- $50 bonus per patient visit over 16 per day

Additional Information:
The physician will:
- Round in skilled nursing, long-term acute care, and assisted living facilities daily.
- Provide medical oversight and care to the assigned patient population, maintain timely and appropriate documentation of such care, and actively participates in medical staff duties.
- Work is done in subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings depending upon specialty and assigned patient population.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Skilled Nursing/Post-Acute care and/or Hospitalist setting preferred
