Compensation: Compensation is negotiable and flexible, starting at $185k annually, depending on experience.
Will consider escalation/de-escalation of salary based on the number of patients seen.
We also consider the terms of each agreement between our providers and Sterling Area Health. We aim to provide the most comfortable agreements, keeping in mind each provider's individual needs and the value they bring to the organization.

-Bread and butter dentistry with a host of support: 1 full-time dentist onsite with 2 additional dentists that intermittently fill in for procedures. Additionally, 6 RDH and RDA staff on site.
