• Hours: Mon, Wed, Thur, & Fri: 8am - 5pm Tuesday: 8am - 7pm

• Compensation: - $180,000 - $215,000 based on experience
  - Sign-on Bonus and Relocation package negotiable

  DETAILS:
  - Position will be out of our new location, completely renovated to be state-of-the-art
  - Start date will be December 2024/January 2025
  - Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral for hospitalization when necessary
  - Stresses the importance of preventive health care measures
  - Confers with consulting physicians, nurses, patients, and their families concerning appropriate treatment and care
