• Hours: Mon, Wed, Thur, & Fri: 8am - 5pm Tuesday: 8am - 7pm

• Average patients seen: 18-24

• Compensation: - $180,000 - $200,000 based on experience
  - Sign-on Bonus and Relocation package negotiable
  - Quarterly bonus structure for all providers
