  • Additional Information: As our support Supervisor, you will be responsible for both clinical and supervisory responsibilities for up to 5 direct reports, playing an integral part to the wellness of our community.

    -You will be responsible for monitoring a specific site that provides therapy services
    -Candidate must meet the requirements of a Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (QMHP) as defined by the State of Illinois

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Candidate must possess at least a master's degree in counseling and guidance, social work, Psychology, or related field, and has completed a practicum or internship that included a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service in a mental health setting, or who has one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHP.
    -Licensed counselors and social workers must have or be in process of obtaining proper in-state licensure to qualify
