Additional Information:
- Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and coordinating all client service activities for the Residential Treatment Program.
- The Clinical Program Manager oversees the program and is responsible for the program budget, meeting revenue (census) and expense targets.
- Coordinates with the clinical team, case management, direct care staff, medical providers, and outside service providers to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling; Guidance and Counseling; Psychology; or related health field
- NM Licensed LPCC, LCSW, Ph.D. or PsyD, preferred
- Spanish bilingual preferred
