Compensation:
- Salary Range Between $180,000 - $200,000
- Based on Level of Experience in a Similar Role and Environment
- Up to $10,000 for Out-of-State Relocations

- This leadership role is 100% administrative.
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Nursing Services related to regulatory requirements, supervision of Nurse Managers, RN Supervisors, staffing office, and per diem nurses.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluation of services provided by the Nursing Department insuring quality cost-effective care for all residents in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provides oversight to the Manager of Staffing and Scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated knowledge in Pediatrics required.
- 7 years in nursing leadership required.
- Prior experience in long-term care facility in a management position preferred.
- MSN or significant related Director of Nursing (DON) experience
- NYS License
- BCLS and PALS
- IV Certification
