Hours: 2.5 clinic days and 2 OR days

Call Schedule: Approximately 5 call days per month

Compensation: $140,000.00- $160,000.00 Base salary negotiable depending on experience

Additional Information: 75% inpatient / 25% outpatient procedural mix

5 to 10 surgical cases per week

Fully staffed OR and clinic support

Assist in the operating room

Perform pre-op and post-op evaluations

Collaborate with surgeons and the broader care team

Current New York State Physician Assistant License

At least 1 year of clinical rotations, including experience in general surgery, surgical subspecialties and perioperative care

2 years of OR experience preferred

First-assist/OR experience preferred

Excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills
