Additional Information: SBH Health System is a 460-bed hospital and trauma center in the south-central Bronx seeking a full-scope Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative team of seven midwives and ten attending physicians supporting ~700 births annually. We provide patient-centered care to a diverse, often high-risk urban community.
This weekday-only role includes four ambulatory clinic days (including telehealth) and one labor room shift, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Responsibilities include gynecologic care and full-scope prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, managing an independent patient panel with physician/MFM support. Additional duties include fetal testing oversight, C-section first assist, rounding, and precepting students.
5 years of experience as a CNM required to be considered.
