JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Charged with providing leadership in all areas relating to the clinical operations of the healthcare facility.
- Responsible for recommending and implementing clinical policies and procedures
-Supervise the clinical staff in their medical, nursing, and administrative duties; ensuring continuous quality improvement in all clinical activities
-Become an integral part of the executive management team of the health center entity.
- Participate as faculty in the residency training program.
-Participate in both patient care and administrative duties: 75%/25%
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Leadership experience
