View, and Sunnyvale. Our diverse patient population is Latino, African American, and Pacific Islander with some sprinkling of Asians and SE Asians. We provide integrated full-scope primary and preventative medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services to over 24,000 patients per year. We also offer optometry, chiropractic, podiatry, imaging, infant feeding consultation, and pharmacy services.
