Located in one of Dayton, Ohio’s nearby rural communities, Providence Medical Group - Germantown provides compassionate, personalized health and wellness care to patients of all ages. In addition, our practice specializes in preventive medicine and women’s wellness. Of special note, we will soon be moving into newly constructed offices, so you’ll have the opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art health care facility.
