Providence TrinityCare Hospice is the oldest and largest not-for-profit hospice program in the Greater Los Angeles area. We have a special way of caring for people with life-limiting illnesses that focuses on the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the whole person. The Hospice has five clinical teams and a staff of more than 180 dedicated professionals who provide compassionate end-of-life care and services to more than 30,000 patients and families in our community. Providence TrinityCare Hospice has received special commendations from the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) several times in recognition of our development and support of innovative programs. Providence TrinityCare Hospice also partners with all six Providence medical centers in the Southern California region to provide palliative and hospice care consultations to patients in hospitals and long-term care settings.
