Peach Tree Health was founded in 1991 as an offshoot of the former Yuba County Hospital. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, its primary purpose was to provide care to the uninsured and underinsured residences of Yuba County.
Today, Peach Tree is a full-service, federally qualified health center (FQHC) that accepts all insurances. We have seven facilities in Yuba, Sutter and Sacramento Counties. Peach Tree also runs an urgent care facility on the campus of Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville and provides dental van services to children at their schools.
In 2014, Peach Tree was chosen to take over the ownership and operations of The Birthing Project Clinic and Dignity Health’s MercyClinic Norwood, both located in Sacramento.
