Call Schedule: Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. About 4-6 weeks per year
Compensation: Compensation is highly competitive, offering $175k-$250k, depending on experience.

YOUR VOICE MATTERS: As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth.
LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then, shared regionally amongst providers. On average, call may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and is outpatient, phone call only.
Accepting tenured and new graduate physicians. Must be licensed in FL.
